This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on toleric.com. Toleric is operated by Mediants Solutions LLC.
The short version
- We ship within the United States at this time
- Free standard shipping on all orders
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after order confirmation
- Orders typically process within 1–3 business days
- You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships
1. Where We Ship
Toleric currently ships to all 50 U.S. states + Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time. We'll announce international markets as they open via email.
2. Processing Times
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM PT typically process the same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays process the next business day
- Standard processing window: 1–3 business days from order confirmation
- During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions) processing may take up to 5 business days
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
3. Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after order ships.
Delivery time depends on:
- Your distance from our fulfillment center
- Carrier service speed in your area
- Weather, holidays, and other carrier-side delays
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order destination and weight. The specific carrier is chosen at fulfillment.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on carrier averages and may vary.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.
Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier name
- Direct tracking link
You can track your order anytime by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or by emailing support@toleric.com with your order number.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address:
- Email support@toleric.com within 2 hours of placing your order
- We'll do our best to update the address before fulfillment
- Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible
If your order ships to an incorrect address you provided:
- We are not responsible for re-shipment at our cost
- You may purchase a replacement at standard price
- USPS Address Forwarding may help in some cases (set up at usps.com)
7. Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you (the customer) once the carrier marks the order as Delivered.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but not received (porch theft, mis-delivery to a neighbor, etc.)
- Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses
- Packages held at a carrier facility beyond pickup window
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find the package:
1. Check around your delivery location (porch, side entrance, mailbox, garage, with neighbors)
2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages "Delivered" up to 24 hours before actual delivery
3. Contact your local carrier office (USPS / UPS / FedEx) with your tracking number
4. File a missing-mail claim with the carrier
If you've completed all 4 steps and the package is confirmed lost, email support@toleric.com — we'll work with you case-by-case, though we are not contractually obligated to replace packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit
Damaged on arrival (within 7 days of delivery):
Email support@toleric.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package + product
- A brief description of the damage
We'll replace the order at our cost.
Lost in transit (not marked "Delivered" within 21 business days of shipment):
Email support@toleric.com with your order number. We'll:
1. File a carrier claim on your behalf
2. Ship a replacement at our cost

9. International Shipping (Future)
Toleric does not currently ship internationally.
If you're outside the U.S. and want to be notified when international shipping opens, you can join our email list at toleric.com.
When international shipping launches:
- Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
- Delivery times will vary by destination (estimated 10–21 business days)
- International orders may not qualify for free shipping
10. Holiday & High-Volume Notices
During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons (mid-November through end of December), and major promotional periods:
- Processing may take up to 5 business days (vs. standard 1–3)
- Carrier delivery times may extend 1–3 business days beyond the standard 5–10
- Tracking updates may be delayed
We'll post banner notices on toleric.com when high-volume conditions affect shipping.
