This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on toleric.com. Toleric is operated by Mediants Solutions LLC.
The short version
- 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee — if Toleric doesn't earn a place in your routine, we refund you. No return required. Keep what you've got, keep what you've used.
- Defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement at our cost.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- One MBG refund per customer.
1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 90 days from the date your order ships to request a full refund if Toleric isn't right for you.
What you get:
- 100% refund of the product price (minus any original shipping cost paid at checkout)
- No return shipment required — keep the bottle you've got
- No questions asked
How to request your MBG refund:
Email support@toleric.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A one-line note that you'd like to claim the 90-day MBG
We'll process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Eligibility limits:
- One MBG refund per customer (across all orders, lifetime)
- Bundle purchases (3-pack, 5-pack) are refunded as a single order — partial refunds on individual bottles within a bundle are not available
- The 90-day window starts from the date your order ships, not the date you ordered
- MBG applies to one-time purchases. Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable (see §3).
2. Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, with incorrect items, or with missing items, we replace it at our cost.
Reporting window: Within 7 days of delivery (delivery date = the carrier's "Delivered" timestamp).
How to report:
Email support@toleric.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Photos of the issue (damaged bottle, incorrect product label, packing slip showing missing item, etc.)
- A brief description of what went wrong
What you get:
- Free replacement shipped at our cost, OR
- Full refund to your original payment method (your choice)
Reports submitted after the 7-day window may not qualify for replacement but may still be eligible under the 90-day MBG.
3. Subscription Charges
If you enrolled in a subscription:
- Charges already processed are non-refundable
- You may cancel anytime via your account or by emailing support@toleric.com
- Future charges will not occur after cancellation
- The 90-day MBG applies to your FIRST subscription order only (not subsequent recurring charges)
- If you cancel mid-cycle, any unshipped bottles from that cycle ship as scheduled (the charge was already authorized)
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Card refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank)
- PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay refunds appear within 2–5 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
If you don't see your refund within 10 business days of confirmation, contact your bank first, then email us at support@toleric.com.
5. What's Not Covered
The 90-day MBG does not cover:
- Orders placed more than 90 days before the refund request (calculated from ship date)
- Customers who have already claimed one MBG refund in their order history
- Chargebacks filed before contacting support (chargebacks for issues covered under this policy may be disputed)
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
The 7-day defect window does not cover:
- Damage caused after delivery
- Bottles opened more than 7 days after delivery that are reported as "different than expected" (these may still be eligible under the 90-day MBG instead)
- Cosmetic packaging imperfections that don't affect the product (minor label scuffs from transit, etc.)
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@toleric.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Chargebacks for issues already addressed under this Refund Policy (90-day MBG, defect replacement, subscription cancellation) may be disputed by us with the supporting documentation.
Filing a chargeback while a refund request is in progress may delay resolution and may result in account termination.
