Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms apply to all purchases made on toleric.com. Toleric is operated by Mediants Solutions LLC. They supplement (and don't replace) our full Terms of Service.


1. Pricing

All prices on toleric.com are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price charged.

Promotional pricing, bundle discounts, and limited-time offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and on toleric.com — they don't apply retroactively to past orders.


2. Payment methods accepted

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal

All payments are processed in U.S. dollars.


3. Payment authorization

When you place an order on toleric.com, you authorize Mediants Solutions LLC and our payment processors to:

  • Charge your payment method for the order total displayed at checkout
  • Store your payment credentials in tokenized form for future use (Shop Pay, saved card on your account)
  • Retry failed payments
  • Use alternative payment methods on file if a primary method fails (subscription orders only — when applicable)

4. Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates depend on the state and local jurisdictions where we're required to collect and remit sales tax.

If you're tax-exempt, contact support@toleric.com before placing the order with your tax-exempt certificate. We'll review and adjust your account.


5. Order confirmation

A purchase is only completed when we issue a shipping confirmation email. Order confirmations alone do not constitute acceptance of an order — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing on the site (rare, but possible — e.g., a typo in a promotional code)
  • Failed payment verification
  • Suspected policy violation

If we cancel an order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund to the original payment method.


6. Subscriptions (when active)

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • You provide express informed consent at checkout to recurring charges
  • Charges occur at the interval you select (e.g., every 30 days for a monthly subscription)
  • Charges continue until you cancel
  • You may cancel anytime via your Toleric account or by emailing support@toleric.com

Subscription refunds

  • Charges already processed are non-refundable
  • The 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first subscription order only (not subsequent recurring charges)
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, unshipped bottles from that cycle still ship as scheduled (since the charge was already processed)

Failed payment retry

If your subscription payment fails, we may:

  • Retry the charge on the same card within 1–7 days
  • Use an alternative payment method on your account if available
  • Pause or cancel the subscription if all retries fail

You'll receive an email when a payment fails and again if the subscription is paused or canceled.

This complies with ROSCA (Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act), the FTC Negative Option Rule, and applicable state automatic-renewal laws.


7. Authorization holds

When you check out, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the order total. If we cancel the order or the payment fails to fully process, the hold typically clears within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

If a hold persists beyond 10 business days, email support@toleric.com with the date and amount, and we'll provide documentation to help your bank clear it.


8. Failed payments

If your payment fails at checkout:

  • Confirm card info, CVV, billing address, and expiration date
  • Confirm with your bank that the transaction wasn't blocked for fraud
  • Try an alternative payment method (Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay)

If you continue to see failures, email support@toleric.com with the date and approximate time of the attempt.


9. Currency conversion

Toleric prices and bills in U.S. dollars. If your payment card is issued outside the U.S., your bank applies its own currency conversion rate at the time of charge. We don't control conversion rates and we don't refund conversion fees.


10. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@toleric.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

The 90-day Money-Back Guarantee already covers virtually every reasonable reason a customer would want a refund — so a chargeback isn't necessary in most cases.

Chargebacks for issues already addressable under our Refund Policy may be disputed by us with supporting documentation. Repeated chargebacks may result in account termination and ineligibility for future purchases.


11. Refund processing time

Once approved:

  • Cards: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank's posting schedule)
  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay: 2–5 business days

You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is issued. The refund returns to the original payment method only.


12. Receipts & invoices

Order confirmations and shipping confirmations are sent to the email address used at checkout. They serve as your receipt.

If you need a formal invoice (for business records or tax purposes), email support@toleric.com with your order number and we'll send one.


13. Disputes

For disputes related to billing, refunds, or charges, see the Mandatory Arbitration Agreement and Class-Action Waiver sections of our Terms of Service.


14. Updates to these terms

We may modify these Billing Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately when posted. Continued use of toleric.com after changes constitutes acceptance.
